The book lets you know that time is one of the hardest things that you are going to need to control but you need to master it and to serve academics and children's learning at all time. This is not just a how to book, but it allows you to reflect on what you may be doing or are going to do. One of my favorite quotes from the book is that "If you are not authentic, you will feel it deep inside. It will cause a wrinkle in your soul." The book also gives some very practical advice on interviewing.
